For athletes ages 8-12 and 13-18. Groups meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 weeks starting on June 5th. Sessions are from 9-11amThrough disciplined training sessions, athletes will increase strength, target specific weaknesses, increase power, speed, agility, and sport-specific conditioning. Athletes will also learn sport specific and overall mobility drills, something many programs leave out.Athletes will receive individualized programs based on initial evaluations and assessments, and sport(s) and position(s) played. Safety is always our number one priority. Proper form will be taught and athletes will receive ongoing correction as needed.Athletes will be expected to keep a good attitude, be respectful, and mindful of their time and others'.When registering online, simply sign up using the generic form.
